Both companies share the founder and CEO, Nam Wooyoung, the developer of the Green Red Bio Metabolome. To develop technology under secure conditions, Wild Herb Co., ltd. was first established in 2013, and the parent company, Elan Vital BIO Inc., was founded in 2020 to pursue NASDAQ listing and business expansion.

During this process, the Wild Herb Cultivation Group (2011) for plant research and Dr. Asahan Co., Ltd.
